The space currently houses the following:
NASA Dryden Education Office (Civil Servant and Contractor) and AERO Institute Staff
- Four classrooms and/or meeting rooms for University classes, partner meetings, NASA meetings and training sessions
- Dryden Learning Center site extension
- NASA Digital Learning Network for Distance Learning
- NASA Dryden Aerospace Exploration Gallery, a living interactive aerospace museum with mobile Discovery Dome and the Magic Planet
- The Educator Resource Center (ERC) - NASA Educational Materials and workshops for local teachers
- Dryden Fiber-Optics and Systems Lab
- Nano-technology Lab managed by the Lockheed Martin Company
